Online Demo - Save and View the Content of Print Jobs
Step 1. Install CZ Print Job Tracker on the print server that has the printer shared. See Option 1 (recommended): Install CZ Print Job Tracker on your Windows print server. On Windows print server, go to "Devices and Printers", right click the printer -> Properties, uncheck "Render print jobs on client computers". In Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Services, restart the Print Spooler Service.
Step 2. In Preferences --> Print Jobs, select "Save the content of printed jobs for viewing".
Step 3. Send a print job to the shared printer \\printserver\printer from a workstation.
Step 4. In CZ Print Job Tracker --> Printed Jobs, double click the print job to view the content.
1. The format of current printer driver is not supported or you are unable to view the content clearly.
A. In the "Properties" of printer or in the "Printing Preferences", use "EMF Spooling", then restart the Print Spooler service. (Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Service) and test again.

C. If B doesn't
work, use PCL printer driver, select or unselect "Enable
If C doesn't work, use XPS printer driver, select
"Enable Advanced Printing"
If you still can't see the content of the print job, please email the name of printer driver to email@example.com .
2. The content file can't be found
Install CZ Print Job Tracker on the print server that has the printer shared. See Option 1 (recommended): Install CZ Print Job Tracker on your Windows print server.
Check if the spool file format is #####.spl where ##### is the number (for example 00002.spl) in the content directory e.g. C:\Program Files\CZ Solution\CZ Print Job Tracker\content\. If it shows FP#####, please follow the instructions below to turn off Spool File Pooling on the print server, then send a new print job to test.
