Standard Edition vs. Premium Edition vs. Client Billing Edition

 

The "Advanced" tab is enabled in Premium Edition / Client Billing Edition and is disabled in Standard Edition. The "Billing Code" option in "Advanced" tab is enabled in Client Billing Edition and is disabled in Premium Edition.
