CZ Print Job Tracker 6.0 Client Billing Edition  -- Single Server License

The license is permanent and valid for a server on which CZ Print Job Tracker 6.0 is installed. CZ Print Job Tracker 6.0 Client Billing Edition can manage and control the print jobs for the following types of printers:

1. The shared printers on the print server \\PrintServer\Printer,

2. The printers connected to the workstations locally via LPT1, USB or COM port,

3. The printers connected to the network directly via the TCP/IP port (The users send the print jobs to the printer directly via

    the IP address of the printer using the local TCP/IP port IP_xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, instead of to the shared printer on the print server),

4. The printers connected to the print-server device (not the print server computer e.g. HP JetDirect print server).

The price per license covers:

1, One CZ Print Job Tracker Client Billing Edition permanent license, and

2, Unlimited client billing codes, and

3, The following free Add-ons that are unlimited in use, and

4, 12 months maintenance and updates (e.g. 6.0.0.1 -> 6.0.0.x).

A user is as a domain / directory / Windows logon account or an account you manually created in CZ Print Job Tracker Preferences --> Users / Groups. The printer is listed in CZ Print Job Tracker Preferences --> Printers -> List of Monitored Printers.

Optional Add-Ons

Optional Free Add-On Print Job Agent 1.0 ( Client Billing Module / Print Authentication Module /Direct IP Printer Agent)

• Allows users to enter a client billing code or project code;

• Allows users to confirm the print jobs or enter user ID and PIN from their workstations (Windows, Mac OSX / Classic, or Linux client) before the print jobs can be actually printed;

• Allows users to check their remaining balances / quotas from their workstations.

• Allows users to change PIN from their workstations.

• Tracks the direct IP printers (Users send the print jobs to the printer directly via the IP address of the printer, instead of to the shared printer on the print-server computer),

• Tracks the printers connected to a print-server device e.g. HP JetDirect (Users send the print jobs to the printer on the print-server device directly, instead of to the shared printer on the print-server computer).

Print Job Agent 1.0 supports the following languages: English / Arabic / Chinese / Czech / Danish / Dutch / Finnish / French / German / Greek / Hebrew / Hungarian / Icelandic / Italian / Japanese / Korean / Norwegian / Polish / Portuguese / Romanian / Russian / Spanish / Swedish / Turkish.

Optional Free Add-On Print Job Report 3.0 generates reports in any language for your print cost analysis and client billing.

Optional Free Add-On Remote Account Manager 1.0 adds, deletes and edits users / shared # / client code / project code, updates account balance / quota / group / pin from any computer remotely.

Optional Add-On Print Release Station 3.0 is installed next to the printer and holds the print jobs until user releases the jobs. The print jobs can be released by the user's identity or password to improve confidentiality. The print jobs can also be released after user makes payment. It has admin mode and user mode.

Optional Add-On Print Job Agent 1.0 (Workstation Connected Printer Agent)

• Tracks the workstation connected printers via LPT1, USB or COM port
