Challenge: A small architectural firm needs a way to track and account for its in-house printing in order to transfer the printing expenses associated with project code to their clients.
Solution: PrintLimit Print Tracking was installed on a computer with the "Client Billing" feature enabled, and the addon "Print Job Agent" was installed on all other computers. Challenge: A university has four print servers, over 1200 computers, and 10 separated labs. The university needs to control and reduce printing costs.
Solution: PrintLimit Print Tracking was installed on each print server and connected to the central SQL database. PrintLimit Print Tracking allocates a printing quota to all students and controls all printing activities automatically.
